AAFP Physician Accreditation This live activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 12 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to the AMA PRA category 1 credit toward the AMA Physicians Recognition Award. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
American Osteopathic Association CME activities approved for AAFP credit are recognized by the AOA as equivalent to AOA Category 2 credit.
The College of Family Physicians of Canada

The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) is the accrediting body for family medicine continuing medical education (CME) in the United States of America.

CFPC members who complete any live CME/CPD program accredited by the AAFP for Prescribed credit can claim the equivalent number of Mainpro-M1 credits.

Canadian Healthcare professionals in other specialties need to verify with their licensing board the reciprocal credit agreement with the AAFP.

American Academy of Physician Assistants AAPA accepts Category 1 CME approval from the AAFP.
Nurses Association ANA AAFP Prescribed Credits are accepted by the ANA

Tuition Cancellation Policy


Tuition Cancellation Policy without Protection Cancellations made within 7 days of registration - full tuition amount will be refunded minus 10% processing fee. Cancellations made 8 days from registration and up to 31 days before the conference date - full tuition amount minus 10% processing fee will be credited towards a future MCE Conference. Cancellations made within 30 - 8 days before the conference date - 50% of tuition fee will be credited towards a future MCE Conference. Cancellations made within 7 days or less before the conference date – no refunds or credits will be issued.


MCE Conferences Tuition Cancellation Protection-$50 When purchasing tuition cancellation protection you are able to cancel up to 31 days before the conference date - full tuition refund. Cancellation made within 30 days of the conference date - full tuition amount will be applied towards a future MCE conference. Please note: travel insurance does not cover tuition fees.

This conference is designed to provide primary care practitioners with up-to-date, evidence-based information on commonly encountered emergencies at the office, while suggesting pragmatic approaches to clinical management. The discussion-based format of the conference will encourage audience participation through dynamic lectures, case-based studies, and hands-on workshops. MCE Conferences contracts lodging with the resorts to ensure the lowest rates for our attendees. Lodging reservations are reserved for attendees registered for this conference. Reservations made without tuition registration will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Cancellation 59-31 days before arrival - a one night deposit is forfeited

Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival no lodging refunds can be made. No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation
