|AMA/AAFP Equivalency – American Academy of Family Physicians||This live activity is being reviewed for up to 12 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to the AMA PRA category 1 credit toward the AMA Physicians Recognition Award. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.|

|The College of Family Physicians of Canada – Mainpro-M1||The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) is the accrediting body for family medicine continuing medical education (CME) in the United States of America.
CFPC members who complete any live CME/CPD program accredited by the AAFP for Prescribed credit can claim the equivalent number of Mainpro-M1 credits.
Canadian Healthcare professionals in other specialties need to verify with their licensing board the reciprocal credit agreement with the AAFP.
|American Osteopathic Association – AOA||CME activities approved for AAFP credit are recognized by the AOA as equivalent to AOA Category 2 credit.|
|American Academy of Physician Assistants – AAPA||AAPA accepts Category 1 CME approval from the AAFP.|
|American Association of Nurse Practitioners – AANP||AAFP Prescribed Credits are accepted by the AANP.|
|American Nurses Credentialing Center – ANCC||According to the ANCC, the continuing education hours approved by the AAFP meet the ANCC-accredited CNE criteria.|

|Tuition Cancellation Policy without Protection: |
• Cancellation made within 7 days of registration: The full tuition fee will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee for all credit card transactions. This cancellation policy is not applicable to registrations made 21 days before the conference date.
• Cancellation made up and until 15 days before the conference date: Full tuition fee minus a 10% processing charge will be applied towards a future MCE Conference.
• Cancellations made within 14 days before the conference date: No refunds or credits will be issued. The full tuition fee will be forfeited.
• Tuition cancellation protection: Allows attendees to cancel up to 15 days before the conference date and receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the conference date: The full tuition amount will be applied towards a future MCE conference.

Our allotment for conference negotiated reduced room rates might sell out before this date, and resort regular rack rates will apply (based on availability). |Room Reservation Guidelines - In order to provide a quality and interactive CME program, MCE Conferences will limit the amount of registrations per conference. Some conferences may have a lower registration limit due to the destination logistics and lodging availability.
MCE Conferences does not accept commercial support for our Continuing Medical Education programs. We rely solely on tuition fees and discounted group rates for lodging, food and beverage, as well as other meeting costs to cover the expenses of holding this conference. It is required that all participants and their families book within the meeting group allotment for MCE Conferences, in order to participate in this program. We very much appreciate your cooperation.
Please Note: This site has been created for the MCE Conferences continuing medical education program. Only guests that are registered for this CME conference are eligible to use this site in order to get access to the pre-blocked rooms and/or Theme Park Tickets at the special contracted rate. We allow a maximum of 2 room reservations per registered attendee, based on availability and rates at time of booking.
