| AAFP Physician Accreditation | Physician Accreditation - This activity is reviewed for 12 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to the AMA PRA equivalent to the AMA PRA category 1 credit toward the AMA Physicians Recognition Award. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. |

| Conference Tuition Cancellation Must be confirmed in writing via mail or email and 10% of paid tuition processing fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made if cancellation is made after June 15, 2010 however 50% of tuition fee may be applied to a future MCE conference. | |

LA COSTA RESORT AND THE NEW 5.5 ACRE LEGOLAND WATER PARK
