Resort Fee: Please note that the Zota Beach Resort will offer guests in the room block a reduced Resort Fee of $20 per room per night (originally $39) which includes: Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, local and toll free calls and faxes, valet parking, nightly turn down service, in-room bottled water, beach chairs & towels, concierge services, daily refreshments in the lobby, and much more.

Lodging Cancellations – Guests must cancel lodging reservations 2 days prior to the guest’s check-in date or the hotel will charge the credit card on file as a no show. No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.
