A portion of your room rate will be applied to offset the cost of the food and beverage served during the meeting (for participants only). This includes daily breakfast or coffee breaks during meeting hours for registered attendees. This applies only to certain hotels and not all is used for our programs.

The CME programs consist of half-day morning sessions. Ski conferences and some destinations may have different formats-please check our website or call for details. For most conferences breakfast is provided each meeting day.
