Accreditation
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education – ACCME
MCE Conferences is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
MCE Conferences designates this live activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ABIM MOC Recognition
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 12 (part II) MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

The College of Family Physicians of Canada – CFPC
The AAFP and the CFPC have a bilateral reciprocal certification agreement whereby: CME/CPD activities held across the Canada – U.S. border are certified according to the nationality of the primary target audiences regardless of where the providers are located. CFPC members who complete any CME/CPD activity certified by the AAFP for Prescribed credit can claim the equivalent number of Mainpro+ Certified or Mainpro+ Certified Assessment credits.
American Osteopathic Association – AOA
The AOA automatically recognizes AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ as AOA Category 2 credit.
American Nurses Credentialing Center – ANCC
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for recertification and continuing education credits. One AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ is equivalent to one contact hour for registered nurses or one advanced practice CNE for nurse practitioners.
Nurse Practitioners
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certified Program (AANPCP) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.
Physician Assistants
PAs may claim a maximum of 12 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.

Room Occupancy and Rate Information: The maximum number of people per guest room is three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children. Children occupying the same room as their parent(s) must be the third or fourth person or will be charged as an adult rate at double occupancy for (1) adult and (1) child, otherwise Children rates will be charged according to the following:
- All-Inclusive pricing for children up to 4 years old – (no charge).
- All-Inclusive pricing for children between 5 to 12 years old – $90USD per child, per night.
- For children 13 years and older, adult pricing will apply as listed above; – $190.00 USD per adult, per night.
*Please note that proof of age is required upon check-in to qualify for the above children’s rates.
Additional Room Rate Information –
- The above All-Inclusive Plan rates are inclusive of the prevailing federal tax of 16%, 4% state taxes, and 12% service charge (taxes are subject to change without notice; should local tax change; difference will be payable at check-in).
- IMPORTANT NOTE: $79.20 MXN or its equivalent in dollars $4.00 USD Environmental fee per room per night is not included in the rate and may increase without previous notice, payable at check-in.
- All-Inclusive Plan starts at check-in time (3:00 PM) and ends at Check-Out time (12:00 p.m.)
- Group participants in the all-inclusive plan are required to wear a bracelet, replacement is subject to a $50.00 usd charge.
- All-Inclusive plan is required for all participants within the group block.
- Take-out or to-go orders from restaurants & bars are not permitted. Box Lunches available with an extra charge.
- Guest Room Rates are in US Dollars, per night, all-inclusive and based on occupancy pricing disclosed above.
- Cribs and Roll-aways: The hotel has a limited inventory of Roll-aways and cribs. Client understands that if, any Cribs or Roll-aways are needed, Client must advise the hotel at least 15 days before check-in. Roll-aways and Cribs might incur in an extra cost.
Important Lodging Deposit Information – Hotel understands that reservations will be made individually by each participant and will be secure with the individual attendee’s credit card at the time of booking. Each participant will be responsible for their own room (including the deposit, room, tax, fees, no-show, and individual cancelation), as well as any incidental charges incurred onsite. The hotel will request the following advance deposit rules:
- 100% stay plus applicable taxes and service fee (as included in the above all-inclusive rates).
- Advance payment will be made at the time of the reservation booking to the individual’s credit card on file.
- Reservation deposits will be fully refundable if canceled 31 days or more prior to arrival date.
- Reservations may be modified without penalty up until 31 days or more prior to arrival date.
- If a reservation is canceled or modified within (30) days prior to arrival a (2) night penalty will be charged to the individual’s credit card on file.
Register & Book Your Lodging Early! The MCE reduced room rates will be available to registered attendees up until February 1, 2026 (based on availability). Our reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible. Reduced rates will also be offered 3 nights pre and post-program dates (based on availability).
Room Reservation Guidelines – The lodging reservation link has been created for the MCE Conference continuing medical education program, and only guests that are registered for this CME conference are eligible to use this site in order to access discounted rooms and/or theme park tickets (if applicable).
- Attendees must register within (7) seven days of booking MCE discounted lodging to avoid cancellations or increased nightly rates (depending on Hotel/Resort policy).
- We allow a maximum of 2 room reservations per registered attendee, based on availability and rates at the time of booking.
- Rooms and/or tickets (if applicable) cannot be purchased for the purpose of, or with the intention of being resold.
- All reservations must be made under the registered attendee’s’ name, as all reservations and ticket orders (if applicable) will be audited against the CME program registration list. Should it be necessary, we reserve the right to contact you to request proof of registration. If it is discovered that the reservation and/or ticket order is not for an MCE Conferences participant, the reservations and/or ticket order may be canceled or modified based on the Hotel/Resort policy, and deposits may not be eligible for a refund.

***Offsite Attendees – Please note that attendees not staying at the host hotel will not have access to any all-inclusive amenities or features. However, a group discount all-inclusive day pass is available for $107.00 per person, per day, payable upon arrival (subject to hotel discretion). If you plan to purchase a day pass onsite, please notify us in advance so we can inform the hotel of your expected arrival.

Airport Information – The distance between Hacienda del Mar Los Cabos, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort and Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 26.2 miles. This hotel does not provide shuttle service, we recommend booking a private or shared shuttle, or utilizing the authorized taxi line at the airport.

Travel Documents – Travel documents vary based on itinerary. It is the sole responsibility of guests to identify and obtain all required travel documents for the entire duration of their stay and have them available when necessary. Valid travel documents such as passports and visas are required for boarding and re-entry into the United States and other countries.
All guests must carry a valid passport. Passports must be valid for at least six months after your return date of travel. Guests are responsible to ensure the validity dates of passport and to secure proper documentation for countries visited. Please consult your respective State Department or Foreign Ministry for specific Visa and entry requirements for countries scheduled on your travel itinerary. For U.S. citizens, further information can be found by visiting the Travel Website. Note: If your passport is lost or stolen on a trip, you could be denied entry into your home country. To avoid this issue, we recommend following some practical steps: Make two copies of your passport ID page – that’s the page with your picture, your date of birth, etc. This can be an image scan or hard copy. Give one copy to someone you trust – a friend, family member, or assistant – in case you need to contact them while on your trip. Keep the other copy with you. If it’s printed, put it in your carry-on (not your checked luggage – that could go missing). If it’s an electronic copy, make sure you have access to it when you leave the U.S. (on your mobile device, or in your e-mail, for example).
