Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

Airport Information – Victoria International Airport (YYJ) is located approximately 30 minutes drive from Fairmont Empress. If you are driving from the airport, simply follow signs for “Victoria”. The airport is located just off of Highway 17, which will take you directly into the heart of Downtown Victoria and to Fairmont Empress.

- Rideshare: Uber is available at the airport for convenient, on-demand transportation to Fairmont Empress. The ride-hailing and ride-share pick-up area is located at designated spots along the Short Term Lot curb across from the arrivals terminal exit doors.
