Resort Fee – Please Note: There is a Resort Service Fee of 9% per villa per day. The Resort Service Fee includes 800 and local phone calls, credit card access calls, in-room coffee, and on-demand, on-island transportation to all resort-owned venues.
Taxes: Rates are presently subject to a 7% South Carolina state tax and a total of 6% local taxes (subject to change).
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time begins at 4:30 PM and Check-out time is at 10:30 AM.

Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:

  • Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
  • No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.
