- Check-In & Check-Out – The hotel’s current Check-in time is 4:00 PM. The current Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Lodging Deposit – A Deposit of 1 Night + Tax is due at the time of booking. Balance is due to the resort upon arrival.
Lodging Cancellation Policy – A cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to one
night’s room and tax charged to the individual’s credit card on file.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

If the National Park Service reinstitutes a day-use reservation system for peak dates, all visitors planning to enter the park will need a reservation, including annual and lifetime pass holders.
