- Taxes: Room rates are subject to all applicable occupancy taxes, currently 15.195%. All taxes are subject to change.

- Check-in/out: Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 12pm.
Parking – Overnight valet parking for one car is included in the nightly amenity fee for the guestroom. Self-parking on the street is available first come, first serve. Valet parking is $10 per car for guests visiting the Hotel for an event and not staying overnight. Hotel attendants can provide guests directions to the nearest available parking if the Hotel lot is full. Parking is prohibited in the Wine Train and Umpqua Bank parking lots and cars parked in these areas will be towed.
Lodging Deposit – A Credit Card is used at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Balance due to the hotel upon arrival. In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within Group’s guest room block cancels within 5 days of arrival, “No Shows,” or checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, a late cancel/no show/ early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guest wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel 5 days before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay or cancel their stay entirely.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible. Reduced rates will also be offered for 3 nights pre and post-program dates (based on availability).
