CFPC members who complete any live CME/CPD program accredited by the AAFP for Prescribed credit can claim the equivalent number of Mainpro-M1 credits. Canadian Healthcare professionals in other specialties need to verify with their licensing board the reciprocal credit agreement with the AAFP.

American Osteopathic Association – AOA

Additional Lodging Information:
Resort Fee – Please Note: There is a Resort Service Fee of 9% per villa per day. The Resort Service Fee includes 800 and local phone calls, credit card access calls, in room coffee, and on demand, on-island transportation to all resort owned venues.
Taxes: Rates are presently subject to a 7% South Carolina state tax and a total of 6% local taxes (subject to change).
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time begins at 4:30 PM and Check-out time is at 10:30 AM.
Maximum Occupancy: 2 Adults Per Bedroom, children are not included in the maximum occupancy. All children under the age of 18, when accompanied by an adult and staying in the same room, are free of charge.

Lodging Deposit – Deposit of 2 Nights + tax is due at the time of booking. Balance is due to the resort upon arrival.

Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:

  • Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
  • No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

All lodging cancellations must be made directly with the lodging venue. Please refer to your lodging confirmation for contact information and policies.

Register & Book Your Lodging Early! The MCE reduced room rates will be available to registered attendees up until July 28, 2020 (based on availability). Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible.
