- Check-in and Check-out: The Hotel’s check-out time is 11:00 AM. Should a later departure be necessary, arrangements can be made for the storage of luggage. Video check-out is available in all guest rooms for your convenience. Without prior approval, a late check-out charge of ½ the guest room rate is assessed if a guest checks out after 11:00 AM but before 3:00 PM. After 3:00 PM, the full group rate is charged.
- Additional Occupancy Fee: There will be a $25 fee per adult 18 years or older per night beyond double occupancy
Parking – Self-Parking is $47.00for a 24-hour period. Prices include in/out privileges. Valet parking for guests is currently $59.00 with in and out privileges. Due to height restrictions, we do not accept oversized vehicles, toppers, or trailers.
Lodging Deposit – In order to confirm a sleeping room, the sleeping room must be secured by a valid credit card.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.
