Additional Lodging Information:
Resort Fee: Rates are subject to a $55 taxable Resort fee per room, per night. The Resort fee includes access to two (2) bottles of water in your room daily, complimentary coffee daily, wireless internet in guest rooms and public areas, no charge for local and 1-800 calls, entrance into the Fitness Center, indoor/outdoor pools and waterfront, self or valet parking. In addition, we offer a variety of complimentary amenities/activities for our guests seasonally.
Taxes and Fees: Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 11%) in effect at the time of check-in.
Additional Adult Fee: Above room rates are based on single or double occupancy only. There is an additional charge of $30 per person, per night, for each additional guest over the age of 13 staying in the room.
Parking – The Sagamore is pleased to offer complimentary self and valet parking for all in-house and private event guests on site including local and offsite guests driving in for conference hours only. There will be a daily charge of $25.00 per car/per day for any guests not staying on property or not attending a private group event which will include restaurant reservations.
Lodging Deposit – A credit card is required to confirm each guestroom reservation. A non-refundable $50.00 processing fee will be charged at time of booking. The balance of the stay will be charged to this card fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date. Should the reservation be cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, the $50.00 processing fee will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made fourteen (14) days or less from arrival, the total amount will be forfeited. In the event you do not arrive on the above arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and the amount collected will be forfeited at that time.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.
All lodging cancellations must be made directly with the lodging venue. Please refer to your lodging confirmation for contact information and policies.

Our allotment for reduced room rates may sell out before this date. We urge you to secure your lodging reservation as early as possible. Reduced rates will also be offered 3 nights pre and post program dates (based on availability).
Room Reservation Guidelines – The lodging reservation link has been created for the MCE Conference continuing medical education program, and only guests that are registered for this CME conference are eligible to use this site in order to access discounted rooms and/or theme park tickets (if applicable).
- Attendees must register within (7) seven days of booking MCE discounted lodging to avoid cancellations or increased nightly rates (depending on Hotel/Resort policy).

Airport Information – Lake George is easily accessible from several regional airports. The most convenient option is Albany International Airport (ALB), located approximately 65 miles from The Sagamore Resort and offering a range of domestic flight options. Travelers may also consider flying into Burlington International Airport (BTV), about 120 miles away, or Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Hartford, approximately 140 miles from the resort. For those arriving via private or charter flights, the Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport (GFL) in Glens Falls is just 15 miles from the property. Please note that GFL does not offer commercial airline service.
