Lodging Deposit: For Main Lodge, Viking Lodge & Lakefront Condominiums, one night’s room and tax will be collected at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the individual attendee’s credit card on file and each reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations, reductions in length of stay, or early departures made within fourteen (14) days of arrival forfeit the entire length of stay and will be charged to the individual attendee’s credit card on file.

Glacier National Park: Reservations may be required to enter Glacier National Park. If the National Park Service reinstitutes a day-use reservations system for peak dates, everyone planning to enter the park will need a reservation, including both annual and lifetime pass holders. Airport Information – Direct flights from major cities into Glacier Park International Airport (only 15 minutes away) make getting to Whitefish a breeze. Whitefish is one of the closest mountain towns to a major airport. Amtrak’s Empire Builder arrives twice-daily at the historic Whitefish Railway Depot from Chicago and Minneapolis to the east and Portland and Seattle from the west. Arriving by car is also easy with roads that meander through some of the most beautiful landscapes in North America.

The Lodge provides complimentary transportation for guests to/from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) and Amtrak Train Station with at least 48-hour advanced reservations. Hotel also provides complimentary scheduled transportation to Whitefish Mountain Resort during ski season and to The Firebrand Hotel in downtown Whitefish for groups of 9 people or fewer between 8 am & 10 pm.
