Discounted Ski and Snowboard Rentals – Discounted rates on ski and snowboard rentals are available for MCE Conference attendees. Hotel Parking – Parking is provided for registered guests at the rate of $37 CAD inclusive of taxes, per night. Valet services are also available at a rate of $45 CAD inclusive of taxes, per night. Attendees staying offsite will be charged at the same rate as registered hotel guests for parking at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
Lodging Deposit – A Credit Card is used at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The Full Balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival, at which point the payment will be Non-Refundable.
Lodging Cancellations – Terms and conditions as per MCE’s room allotment agreement with the conference lodging venue:
- Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation: No refunds will be issued.
